A new condo development featuring a range of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom homes for sale, OTTO pays tribute to Brewerytown’s original architect, Otto Wolf.From breweries to bottling houses, storage facilities, and more, Otto’s innovative designs transformed a neighborhood into an icon.Today, award-winning developer Equinox is using modern trends to bring bold architecture back into the neighborhood.

The Strategy:

We ran Facebook Ads with a strong call-to-action. We targeted people with an interest in purchasing condos. Leads that we got from there went directly to the CRM that was custom-built with Lead Automation and Nurturing. We developed a comprehensive marketing funnel that kept our clients in the loop with their goals.

The Results:

In collaboration with The How Group and Equinox Construction, CBI came into the picture with nothing short of cutting-edge for the approach of driving high-quality leads to phase II, 32 unit new construction of condominiums being built in the heart of Brewerytown, Philadelphia. Over the span of 4 months, we executed a laser-targeted digital advertising strategy that converted leads into phone consultations to virtual or in-person showings.

We made sure to pivot the strategy based on the feedback of our client to make sure our plan of action was driven by quality over quantity. Although with trialing times due to the pandemic, we are very happy with the results generated for this campaign as various buyer opportunities were generated for the units that are expected to be completed by early summer 2021.
